Russel, a seasoned Program Manager and Director of Business Development, brings over a decade of experience in driving sustainable change and pioneering industry solutions. At StarStream Labs, he leverages his expertise in strategic planning and community building to foster impactful engagements within the tech, education, and investment ecosystems. Russel’s leadership and innovative approach position StarStream Labs at the forefront of transformative initiatives.

Jordan, Engineer and Entrepreneur, has founded multiple Million-Dollar Startups on his own and with no external investments. After receiving a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon, he started his career as a Research Engineer at a Fortune 100 where he researched and explained emerging technological trends to C-levels. Afterwards, he worked as a Software Engineer and ran a development company in Silicon Valley developing mobile apps, frontends, backends (and a bit of AI) for drones, virtual reality, self driving autonomous vehicles, food delivery apps, and SASSes. At StarStream Labs, he's happy to share his experience in Entrepreneurship, Silicon Valley, Software Engineering and other subjects.
