We provide immersive tours and presentations in Silicon Valley, allowing you to experience the latest technologies and learn about emerging trends. StarStream Labs offers guided tours and presentations that provide direct exposure to Silicon Valley's innovation and economics. Our services include, but are not limited to, educational talks, demonstrations, and the opportunity to interact with technology leaders.

Compliance: You agree to comply with all local laws and regulations regarding your use of our services.

Conduct: You must conduct yourself in a respectful and lawful manner during our tours and presentations.

Safety: You are required to follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by our staff during the tours.

Payment: Payment must be made in advance of the tour or presentation date. We accept various forms of payment, which are detailed on our website.

All content provided during our tours and presentations, including but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Studio Corsair LLC or its content suppliers and protected by both United States and international copyright laws.

Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel any tour or presentation due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. In such cases, we will refund any payments made for the cancelled services.

Cancellation by User: You can cancel your booking within 90 days prior to the scheduled tour date for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Studio Corsair LLC and its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any such changes take effect will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
